Dangerous Parking in Calmore

I am getting a lot of complaints about the dangerous parking adjacent to Ingle Green in Calmore Drive, Totton,Southampton.
I have been in contact with Hampshire County Council but all they say is that it helps to slow the traffic down and until there are crashes or serious injuries they are not prepared to do anything about it.
I drive a mini bus full of very elderly people some Friday evenings and this part of the road is on my route, I have to drive slowly because of the cargo I am carrying and given that these parked vehicles can be can be 50 yards long it makes it very dangerous if I am half way along these vehicles when a vehicle being driven by a 17 year old billy boy comes in the other direction nearly taking me out, I am starting a campaign to get this parking stopped in fact I will get double yellow lines put there.
